You unzip it, and put the folder inside of the zipped folder into your saves folder.

When you download this map, you will get a zipped folder. Inside of that will be a folder called E-Land. Put this in your Minecraft saves folder (C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves).
Thanks for the help cyborgratchet. I was away for a while and couldn't get to the comments :)

This is an amazing map with incredible builds. The careful attention to detail and proportion makes this an incredibly realistic and inspirational map to explore and overall enjoy.

However, on the topic of proportion (from the previous comment), why does the Capitol Building seem so small? It seems (to me) that it should be a lot bigger, considering its size in real life.
But if you're planning to build another building similar to the Capitol, could you build one out of quartz with pillars that have capitals on the facade? If you could, I would really appreciate it! ;)
I remade the Capital, the Capital, the Burton and the E memorial in quartz. Hope you like them :)

I had limited space with the capitol ( the opera on the left and the river on the right). I ment proportionate to themselves ( the dome to the rest of the building) not to the suranding buildings.

The New City Hall is built out of quartz, ou can check that out ( opposite of the WTC) I have been thinking about changing the wool to qouartz, but it bothers me that qouarts has some gray in it. I'll give it a nother look. :D

I'm very glad you like this map.
