What if you assign 2-3 people moderators that regularly play on this server before going on vacation so no bad things can happen!
Maybe moderators can ban, rollback, and maybe world edit so they can import buildings to the world.

the file is totally fine. when you extract the files, you need to keep the file/folder structure.
we don't zip/rar the map by hand, it's just automated backup files we use.
