Friends and family used MCEdit to splice together all our single player worlds for a single multiplayer one. Using Runecraft there is a teleport system. Also a complete Powered Rail network connects everything. From one end point to the last visiting each of the areas takes about 45 minutes travel time. Screenshot is of Adminium plains a glitch map I got generated once that has the entire starter area as nothing but an altitude 1 flat plain of Adminium (bedrock) and then started generating normal chunks on the edges.
