Hey my map isn't loading. I play on a mac and it said to upload a .rar file so I found a converter that changed .zip to .rar and I'm wondering if that's my problem.

Please make sure to read my Problems and Solutions topic before creating a thread in Mapping Support. In your case, the solution to your problem is as follows.

(08-01-2015, 12:03 PM)Nathangorr Wrote: Solution 2: Make sure that your compressed directory only contains the folder that contains your world. The render servers do not know what to do with items such as resource packs, or Mac OSX directories. Support will probably not be released for these types of files, as our render servers run off of a Linux-based operating system.

Example of correct compressed directory.

Solution 3: Your map may not render successfully if it contain .DS_Store files, level.dat_mcr files, or MCEdit directories.

Make sure to check all directories for these types of files.
