Server error?

My son Creative World on minecraft pe Edition played on my iPad. What Can be done? The Name of his World was Max 4.0 server . All his work from the Last approx. 3 weeks is gone and he is devastated. Any advise ?

From what I'm getting from your question, you are running into the "500 Server Error" that has been quite common lately. In the future, please post any reports of this error on the thread https://web.archive.org/web/2020/http://www.minecraftworldmap.com/forum/s...p?tid=6504. If this is not the case, I apologize, I had some trouble understanding what you were asking.

Additionally, our website does not support map rendering for maps created on mobile or console versions (Windows 10, iOS, Android, PSVita, Wii U, Xbox, and Playstation). I do not believe that there is currently any available converter from mobile/console versions to PC, and there is an extremely low chance we will be able to add support for these versions.
