Map Shows Up But Its Super Small

I have no idea what's wrong, the map is like 3px wide when it's zoomed all the way in. Obviously its not that small and when I download and play it it works fine.

check the "regions" folder of your map. you see files like r.-1.-1.mca and r.-1.-2.mca etc.
that's the chunks near your spawnpoint and usually the ones that you use and build at.
your map has chunk files like r.1952.1952.mca, that chunks are far, far, far (far far far) away from your spawn. you need to remove them (make a backup copy!!) to get better zoom levels on your spawn area.
usually, this chunks are empty and were created by nether portals. i'm not sure if yours are empty, as the file size is rather large, so don't forget the backup copy..

There are things there, I explored them. I want to see those areas, not my spawn. Is this possible?

you can purchase premium account, you will get unlimited zoom levels.
without premium i guess you have to split the map. one with the area at spawn, other one with the area far away. and you need to move the spawn point to te far away area. you'll need mcedit for it i guess...
not sure if it's worth it :-)
