Why Can't I Create a Sign Shop

Yea, I'm following the video word for word and still doesn't work.
It says "[Sign Shop] You Don't Have Permission To create This sign!"

Help me out please.

It's on Jungle Server btw.

No Sign shops in jungle

This most likely stems from when sign shops were allowed everywhere, and I exploited that to sell my self diamonds from Creative_Nether (thats also why you don't have access to the nether). Sorry about that.
But you may be asking yourself: "Well, I understand not being able to do it in creative, but in Jungle?"
Well, I'm guessing the reasoning behind that is that in certain worlds, certain resources are more easily obtainable (in Jungle this is wood, and slimeballs). This is easier to imagine if you think of the hypothetical situation where skeights adds a world made out of diamond, signs, and chests with redstone. Can you imagine how that could be exploited?

Yeah if signshops had better multiworld support then I would love to allow them everywhere.

Maybe someday....
