Premium Support

Is premium support added yet? I've had premium for 1 month, but never been able to use because during that time, 1.2 was not supported. will I get a longer time given for free? or not?

I'm not sure what you mean? The premium maps started being rendered at the same time as the regular free maps as outlined in the announcement.

I have premium expirations turned off as an added bonus to all premium subscribers until all new premium features are added (this will happen in the next week or so)

Are your maps not rendering? Perhaps there is another issue?

My maps have never been rendered correctly, I've had premium for a month, and it ends in 3 days it says

1.2 maps never upload for me, premium never worked for me

In looking at your maps, let's start with one of them and see if we can get that working and go from there.

and it looks like you have three folders within the zip file. SoftKingMinecraft, SoftKingMinecraft_the_end, and SofaKingMinecraft_nether. This means there are three level.dat files and this may be confusing things. Please re-make your zip file and try re-uploading and we'll see if that renders properly.
