I uploaded my map and it says it is Submitted for processing but I cannot click save at the bottom to save the info and release the map. Have tried several times on two different computers. Tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer. Help?

Can you specify which world you're talking about?

You have a bunch of worlds uploaded when I look at your page.

Yes sorry. like I said I cannot give it a name or save the info so it defaulted to "world13". Its labeled as incomplete upload. The only thing I can do is upload the map and pic and that's it.

If you need any other info please let me know and I will do everything that I can. I really like this site and there are not many really good adventure maps like this and has been getting good reviews elsewhere but I want this site to be the main home for it thanks to your hard work. Either way thanks a lot for what you have done so far.

You are required to have a Picture, Title and description as well as the archive in order for it to be marked as complete.

It's a little strange that you're having trouble as it appears you have uploaded a number of them without any issues.

Have you tried uploading it using the edit screen? (pencil icon beside the world name)

Ya I tried that but maybe today will be different? LOL doesn't hurt to try again. lol

*update. didn't work. could it be a bad flash version or what ever the site needs to work on my end? The save button just does nothing. I can type all the info on and add tags but it won't save.

I got a temporary fix but it is not to my liking. I updated an old map to the new map with new picture and changed the tags and text block. The text block was giving me trouble and I had to delete most of the text explaining how to install the map on mac and PC since having that in my text block would not save the info for some reason.

The problem with this is that it did not update the upload date and push it to the top of my list. I think this should update if you update a map and other info.

IMHO

Ill try to upload again with the same setup up and see if it works. perhaps the problem was with the text block not allowing certain characters?
If it works Ill post the text I tried to post for your review.

I seems that it worked now.

This text block will not save.

(Windows) c:\users\[your login name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves
Like on a Mac, the required folder (AppData) in Windows is hidden by default. To unhide hidden folders in Windows 7, go to ‘control panel’ and select ‘Appearance and Personalization’, then select ‘show hidden files and folders’ under ‘Folder Options’. Select ‘Show hidden files, folder, or drives under ‘Advanced settings:’ and click apply. Now you will be able to find the folder and copy the map.

(Mac) To unhide the fold on a Mac just right click finder and click go to folder and type ~/Library/Application Support this will unhide the folder from application support. Then it is located ~/Library/Application support/minecraft

This is caused by the quotation marks that are in the text. They're a special character that shows the direction and this must be creating the conflict somewhere.

If you replace all the quotes with a regular single quote (') then it will save fine. It should really popup an error message though instead of just doing nothing....

I've updated the code to fix this problem. You can now use semi-colons too mamxan Big Grin Big Grin

If it still isn't working you might have to Control-F5 or Shift-F5 to make sure you have the latest version of the code from the server.
