rule 1 no cheats or hacks etc etc etc

This is an update for the original Sky Plaza but it`s extremly different from the original. I was going to update the original but when I went to check on everything before I uploaded it, the world dissapered and wouldn`t let me in. So Enjoy, this better version of the sky plaza and i`ll update soon.
