The spawnpoint is located in Athens, the capital of Greece. It's explorable, and it makes an excellent map for the Greek servers, or the Greek themed ones. The highest point Mt. Olympus is set at 255 blocks tall. Because the Greek border isn't a perfect square compared to the world border, parts of Turkey, Bulgaria, Macedonia and over 50% of Albania's area, is included in this map. Try exploring the Aegean Sea, and find the scattered Greek islands. Getting somewhere is just as hard as in real life...
The map is populated by Vanilla Minecraft when explored, which is why trees and plants are not visible on the world map from the site.

My favourite building, because all of it was build on survival mode with my friends. Its from Minecraft 1.6.4 and now i share this mansion with you.

The short Updates like 1.1 to 1.2 have no Special Features they are only for the growing of the City for example new Houses,Shops and parks nothing Special.

The big updates V 1 to V 2

They are for the Fun and the look of the Map and new big buildings like new Bridges or Special Skyscrapers like the Woolworth building.
for the fun there are more freetime Features in this updates like Jump and runs more houses which you can enter and Special Parks.
For the look ... Comes in this Updates more Advertises,or places to sit and chill and more light in the night (i know ist actually a big Problem xD)

My first ever Minecraft map made for PopularMMOs

"It seems that everyone has been building dirt houses lately, so we decided to make one of our own."

Welcome to the Valorian Minecraft Server's 3rd Place Entry of the Machinima MTV Crib contest! A fully functional, snazzy Dirt Mansion playing off of the common minecraft comment "I built a dirt house today." I don't think any of us know how many rooms are in this mansion... but feel free to count them and find out for yourself (you may think we're joking, but we're not. The mansion's so large that we consistently get lost in it)! There are also many easter eggs to discover, if you're the adventuresome type.

Built on the Valorian Minecraft Server. Minecraft 1.2.3 (before varied wood was added).

A: It was really built with dirt. Here's a WIP screenshot of the pool area.

Q: How long did this take to build?
A: About 2 days (the contest had a deadline, so we had to finish it before then).

My realistic multi floor elevator is now in its third version. Enjoy!

*Note: Stand in the center of the platform while the elevator is moving to avoid getting stuck in the blocks(1.8 bug). Do not log out as the elevator is moving, this breaks the redstone.

This is my five floor realistic slime block piston elevator [comparavator 4.0]. It moves at 2.4 blocks per second, has automatic doors, and is multiplayer friendly.
(READ BEFORE USE): This elevator occasionally produces duplicated blocks and ghost blocks(1.8 bug), if this happens break the dupe/ghost blocks and the elevator will function normally.
Stand in the middle of the platform as the elevator moves upwards to prevent getting stuck in the blocks(1.8 bug).
Do not log out of the world as the elevator is moving, this breaks the redstone.
