REoL TOUGH City Server, Columbia District Blight #1: NOTICE GOES OUT!

I take pride in allowing people of any age group onto the server, so long as they play nice, don't grief, and bring their A-Game. Problem with a few kids was they brought it building their homes, then slapped together cobblestone eyesores to say they did something great.
Initially, I didn't care, but then many players complained, and several wanted nothing to do with the server, or to step foot in the Columbia District. Since this damages the brand, and a revenue stream, action had to be taken, and the blighted builds were marked and improvements required. If nothing was done, either the city would demolish or reuse as the city deems fit.
Shortly after this video aired, one of the kids realized the error of his ways, and stepped up his game, fixed some builds.
More to come.
Again, until reputations were wrecked, I didn't care much, but something had to be done.
