I posted a texture pack... is that ok?

So, i made a texture pack, and i could not find a good site to put it up on, minecraft forums wasnt working, so i put it up on this website, because it is a fairly good website for things like that. I did include a world with it, But my real question is: is it allowed?
Huh
Thank you

ps. And why is my reputation 0 and why am i still a noob if i am a fairly good redstoner and have quite a few map downloads?Dodgy

I don't see why you can't store a texture pack in the archive you upload. It's not really designed for that so it's probably not the best way to promote your texture pack, but it works...
