One of the best ways to become an admin is by being a good member of the server community. When applications come up this is one of the main factors that come into play.

I would like to apply to become a Marshal when this comes out (you have enough admins) I am 14+ and have moderated a server before, but this isn't the place for applications. Also, another rank to add, with perks, would be builder. A builder would have access to WorldEdit Build commands. I've said this alot now, but VoxelSniper would be an amazing addition for a builder to have (or creative world). But only for builders or other higher levels players, because of how easy it is to destroy something with it, even with the ability to undo other peoples "Snipes". I have accidentally erased my builds countless times, but /u fixes it. I could demonstrate for you, or you can look it up. Attached is a picture of something I built on my server in an hour or two. I don't think we need sniper, world edit can do most of what it does and we have it already set up. Configuring new plugins is always a massive hassle.

This is why you have demi-mod rank or mod-in-training, to see what they are like at moderating etc. Well, im 12 and i really wanna be admin ( Of course not the only one!). Why do you need to be exact 14, and not younger or older?

well I'm already 14 so.... yea
