Problem with Renewal

I had a subscription to your service, but let it expire around August 20th.
I was picking up playing and mapping Minecraft again, and decided to resume the service, but when I renewed, it changed the expiration date one month forward...September 20th, which means I paid to renew, yet am still unable to use premium features.
